Wheat is one of the most demanded raw materials in the market and is the second most consumed cereal in the world.
It is a very complete cereal. It is composed of a great variety of minerals, such as magnesium, phosphorus, silicon, calcium, potassium, manganese, and vitamins such as B, C and E that transfer energy to those who consume them.
Wheat can be used to produce white and whole-wheat flours, pasta, breads, germ, bran, cookies and other foods.
